The short version
OpenPitch uses cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no analytics profiles built from your browsing.
What a cookie is
A small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise you between page loads — without one, you would be signed out on every click.
What we set

Both are set by Supabase, our authentication provider. They are strictly necessary — the signed-in parts of the site cannot work without them, so there is nothing to opt into.
Browsing without an account
If you only browse games and pitches without signing in, no authentication cookie is set. Reserving a spot as a guest does not require one either.
Third parties
If you pay for a session, Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages to detect fraud. That happens on Stripe's side and is governed by their policy, not ours.
Managing cookies
Any browser lets you view and delete cookies. Blocking ours will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in — the public pages will still work.
